Srisailam is a revered pilgrimage town located in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, nestled on the banks of the Krishna River. It is renowned for its Spiritual significance and Natural beauty. Srisaliam has a rich history, with mentions in ancient scriptures dating back to the 3rd century C.E. It has been a significant site for various dynasties, including the Satavahanas, Ikshvakus, and Chalukyas.
Day 1:- Arrival in Hyderabad
Morning:- Arrival at Hyderabad Railway station/Airport. Transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon:- Visit Birla Temple, Ujjaini Mahakali Temple, and AsthaLakshmi Temple.
Evening:- Explore Charminar and enjoy a stroll at Lumbini Park. Overnight stay at the hotel in Hyderabad.
Day 2:-Hyderabad to SrisailamÂ
Morning:- After Breakfast, check out and proceed to Srisailam(approx 4 hours drive).
Afternoon:- route, Visit Pathala ganga and Akkamma Caves.
Evening:- Check into the hotel in Srisailam. Visit Shikhara Darshan for a panoramic view of the town. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srisailam.
Day 3:- Srisailam Exploration
Morning:- Visit the Bhramaramba Mallikarjina Temple, one of the Twelve Jyotirlingas.
Afternoon:- Explore the Akkamahadevi Caves and enjoy a boat ride on the Krishna River.
Evening:- Visit Phaladhara Panchadhara waterfalls and relax in the serene surroundings. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srisailam.
Day 4:- Srisailam to HyderabadÂ
Morning:- After breakfast, check out and visit the Srisailam Dam.
Afternoon:- Proceed to Hyderabad. Enroute Visit the Nagarjunasagar-Srisailam Tiger reserve.
Evening:- Arrive in Hyderabad and transfer to the airport/railway station for departure.
Accommodation:- Stay in 3-star hotels for 3 nights.
